Chatroulette is a random video chat site, launched in 2009, that connects strangers by webcam. It made the "Next" button famous: you are matched with someone, and you can skip to the next person at any time.
A Next button is useful only when another suitable broadcaster is available. Vibecams lets members narrow private matching by country and language, or keep those choices open to see more available broadcasters.
You can also choose a particular broadcaster through a public room instead of relying on random matching. The broadcaster decides whether to accept a private request.
Yes, if you're an adult member who wants one-on-one private shows with verified broadcasters, you're happy to pay for the time you talk, and you like meeting someone new with one click.
No, if you want anonymous unlimited private calls, or you are under 18. Public rooms require an eligible signed-in account; private shows use tokens at the accepted rate.
No. Another approved broadcaster must be available within your country, language and rate choices. Narrower filters can mean a longer wait.
No. A room request targets the broadcaster you selected and needs their acceptance. Instant matching searches available broadcasters within your chosen limits.
Broadcasting, purchases and private matching open at launch. Accounts and broadcaster applications are open now.
